Ingredients:
- 500g mutton, minced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp clove powder
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- Chopped coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix minced mutton, yogurt, sliced onions, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, cardamom powder, and clove powder.
- Shape the mixture into small, round dumplings.
- Heat ghee in a pan and brown the dumplings on all sides.
- Add water and simmer until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Stir in fresh cream and garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or naan.
