Ingredients:
- 2 cups soaked and ground urad dal
- 1 cup soaked and ground moong dal
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix urad dal, moong dal, wheat flour, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, hing, and salt to form a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or yogurt
