Description
TRS Juwar flour is millet flour made by grinding the grains of white millet. It is a creamy white flour that also goes by the name ?Sorghum? and has a fairly neutral flavour. It can be used to replace a portion of the regular flour when making bread, muffins etc. making them more wholesome and nutritious.
Rotis made from Juwar atta are popular in central India and are called ?Bhakri?. Other flours like Bajra and wheat flour can also be mixed with Juwar to make a variation of this chappati.
